Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Pay: $20/hour

Job Description

We are hiring Production Associates to support cleaning, coating removal, packaging, and metal recovery processes used in high-tech manufacturing. This is a hands-on role in a structured production environment working with materials used in semiconductor and microchip manufacturing.

This is a 6–8 month contract position with potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance. First and second shift opportunities are available, including shift differential for second shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sandblasting, stripping, and packaging of metal components.
• Load and unload materials throughout the production process.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete basic production tracking and data entry.
• Use tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Assist with inspection, labeling, kitting, and general production tasks as needed.
• Wear required PPE and follow all facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, labor, or production experience is a plus.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to stand, move materials, and perform physical work throughout the shift.

Work Environment

This position is based in Wheatfield, NY in a manufacturing facility focused on precision cleaning and metal processing. Employees work in a safety-focused, metal-free environment and use PPE while handling production equipment and materials. First and second shift schedules are available.

This is a Contract position based out of Niagara Falls, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
