Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Foreman located in Humble, TX. The Shop Foreman will oversee daily operations in a fabrication and production environment, manage a team of skilled workers, and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Key tasks include supervising and training team members, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring workplace safety. The role also requires hands-on work in carpentry, maintenance, and problem-solving to support project delivery. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership and the ability to train and motivate staff Experience with heavy equipment operation, maintenance, reading blueprints, some experience with structural fitting Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders Proficiency in structural and general fabrication techniques Knowledge of maintenance processes to ensure equipment and facility functionality Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus Ability to work on-site in Humble, TX, and commit to a full-time schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr Aztec Industrial Fabricators
