Assistant Manager

Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting the store manager in daily operations, maintaining store presentation, fulfilling paperwork requirements, overseeing inventory management, ensuring shelves are stocked, providing excellent customer service, and training new employees. If you?re a motivated and organized individual who enjoys working with people and looking for an exciting opportunity, Requirements Position Requirements include, but are not limited to: At least 1 year of experience in retail and customer service. Experience as an assistant store manager or shift leader is preferred. Proficient in completing sales transactions and managing a cash register. Experience receiving and organizing inventory according to company standards is preferred. Responsible for maintaining store appearance, including stock levels and merchandising. Willingness to train and motivate team members to achieve company goals is preferred. Ability to handle difficult customer or workplace situations with professionalism and composure. A flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Valid driver's license with the ability to drive on a daily basis. Eligible to work in the United States. Physical Requirements include: Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift items up to 25 lbs.
