Laundry Worker

Laundry Worker
Duties include but not limited to:
- Weigh and record clean and soiled linen carts in daily log
- Remove racks of clean linen received from laundry and pushes/pulls into linen room
- Collect bags of soiled linen
- Inspect area at each delivery
- Operate electronic or manual pulleys or dollies
- Use variety of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Work Schedule: 12AM - 0830AM, may be required to work weekends or change tour of duty to meet the needs of the facility

Physical Requirements: This position requires constant/sustained, bending, stooping, stretching and walking. Consistently lifting bags weighing 70 to 100 pounds. Manual push linen racks weighing up to 1,000 pounds. Coordinates hand and eye movement during the transportation of any linen cart used within the facility parameters
