Revenue Cycle Director - Billing - Full Time

Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Genevieve, MO that focuses on personalized care. Our 25-inpatient bed facility is a Medicare 4-star rated and is ranked in the top 1% nationally for Patient Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. What to expect as a Revenue Cycle Director:

• Be responsible for the efficient management of the Revenue Cycle, ensuring all Revenue Cycle functions are performed in an organized manner to maximize reimbursement and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Oversee staff and processes, implementing efficient workflows, and maintaining accurate billing records.
• Play a critical role in optimizing revenue cycles, minimizing delays or errors, and ensuring compliance with billing regulations.

• Associate's degree in related field required
• 3-5 years of experience in related field required
• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience required
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
