Client Summary Tech-enabled homecare company focused on complex patient needs Specializes in supporting patients nearing the end of life Works with healthcare organizations to improve outcomes for high-risk populations Combines technology and human care to enhance experience and efficiency Committed to being a trusted partner while delivering compassionate care Position Responsibilities Own end-to-end revenue cycle: intake, election, NOE, claims, denials, collections, cash posting Drive gross DSO from current ~60 days to industry benchmark within 12‑18 months Personally work the aging report, take payer escalation calls, and lead aged AR recovery Manage external partners (law firm on aged Medi‑Cal, contingency collections vendor) Design KPI framework and lead weekly aging discipline Experience & Skills 6+ years in healthcare RCM with at least 5 years in hospice billing (mandatory — not home health, not acute) Direct experience with California Medi‑Cal MCOs (Blue Shield CA Promise, Community Health Group, Molina, O P Medi‑Cal, etc.) — mandatory California resident, ideally near San Marcos, Riverside, or Los Angeles Demonstrable Medicare hospice expertise: NOE, recertification, hospice cap, four levels of care Track record of personally driving DSO improvement Player‑coach orientation — hands‑on operator, not delegate‑everything leader Compensation $80k-$95k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Recruiters Inc.
