The ideal candidate will be someone with extensive payroll experience who is comfortable overseeing payroll operations, partnering with the executive team and mentoring junior team members. This is a contract role. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day payroll operations Assess, evaluate, and recommend improvements to the payroll function Lead junior team members Partner with senior leadership across multiple locations and at corporate level Skills Required 10+ years of payroll expertise, including multi-entity and multi-location scope Experience with decentralized payroll and multi-pay cycles Experience with UKG, ADP and advanced Excel Experience working with large teams across $1B+ company footprint Education & Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field Contract or Permanent: Contract Location: LA Metro Ref ID: 1685088 Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Finance About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
