A top-performing commercial bank is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager in their Los Angeles office. The Senior Payroll Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end payroll function and oversee all equity compensation programs which include Restricted Stock Units (RSU) and Employee Stock Purchase. This position requires expertise in U.S. payroll operations, equity taxation, stock administration, and collaboration with Finance, HR, Legal, and external vendors. The bank has strong cross-border relationship with Asia and has a few offices in China. *Strong Compensation Structure Performance driven bank where total comp can be above $275k #J-18808-Ljbffr
