A-Level Automotive Technician | $30–$45 Flat Rate

Williams Auto Repair is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician who is confident in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models. We service Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles and expect accurate diagnostics, proper repair recommendations, and high-quality workmanship.

Our Shop Setup & Capabilities:

• Fully Equipped Facility: 6 bays, 7 lifts, and 1 Hunter alignment machine.
• Advanced Operations: We handle advanced diagnostics and major mechanical repairs across all makes and models.
• Modern Workflow: We utilize Tekmetric , Mitchell 1 , and Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and major mechanical repairs (including engines, transmissions, and timing components) on all makes, models, and diesel vehicles.
• Execute accurate diagnostics without guesswork and complete repairs independently from start to finish.
• Perform and document Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) usingTekmetric.
• Handle wheel alignments, electrical troubleshooting, and general system maintenance.
• Maintain steady workflow, minimize comebacks, and collaborate efficiently across our shop bays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an automotive technician in a professional general automotive repair shop or dealership.
• Ability to complete advanced mechanical repairs independently from initial diagnosis through final completion.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical skills to service all makes and models (Domestic, Asian, and European) without guesswork.
• Experience with major repairs, including engines, transmissions, cylinder heads, head gaskets, and timing components.
• Proficiency with DVIs, wheel alignments, ADAS calibrations, diesel systems, and digital shop tools.
• Valid driver’s license, personal tools, and computer literacy (ASE certifications a plus).
