Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time / Overnight Shift Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon – 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM Tue – 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM Wed – 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM Sun – 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor and contractor control in accordance with location protocols. Support day-to-day operations by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and/or first responders when needed, while maintaining detailed logs and incident reports. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience. Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
