$140,000 - $180,000 base + bonus + benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company operating at the intersection of healthcare, advertising, data and AI.

\n

\n

Our client is looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who can make a sophisticated technology platform easier for customers, partners and internal teams to understand, adopt, integrate and use.

\n

\n

This role sits between Product, Engineering, Sales and Client Services. You will translate complex platform functionality; including APIs, integrations, data workflows and AI-enabled features, into clear product education, technical content and commercial enablement.

\n

\n

You will also help the business evolve beyond traditional documentation, exploring how AI assistants, agent-enabled experiences and emerging technologies can improve onboarding, support and access to product knowledge.

\n

\n

Key responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Own the strategy and content for product education, technical enablement and integration guidance.
\n
• Translate APIs, data flows, platform functionality and technical requirements into clear customer-facing materials.
\n
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure new features are properly documented and ready for adoption.
\n
• Create user guides, integration guides, implementation resources, workflows, FAQs, release communications and training materials.
\n
• Develop product demonstrations and enable Sales and Client Services to communicate the platform confidently.
\n
• Improve onboarding, implementation and ongoing product usage through more intuitive, scalable and self-service experiences.
\n
• Help structure product knowledge for AI assistants, Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling and agent-enabled support.
\n
• Act as the bridge between technical and commercial teams, ensuring product capabilities are communicated accurately and consistently.
\n

What we’re looking for:

\n

\n
• 4+ years’ experience in technical product marketing, product marketing, product enablement, solutions consulting, technical writing or a related technology role.
\n
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data workflows, developer platforms and AI-enabled products.
\n
• The ability to explain emerging AI technologies, including retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, tool calling and AI-native product experiences.
\n
• A proven ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear and useful content for different audiences.
\n
• Strong written communication, organisation and attention to detail.
\n
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
\n
• Experience within SaaS, data platforms, AdTech, healthcare technology or AI products would be advantageous.
\n
