IBI Clinic is looking for a highly execution-driven Bilingual Virtual Marketing Associate who knows how to generate HIGH QUALITY LEADS and move fast.

We are looking for someone who spends 100% execution.

* Builds landing pages

* Improves SEO
* Tests ideas quickly
* Uses AI tools to increase speed and productivity
* Drives measurable growth

Your performance will be measured by your ability to generate HIGH QUALITY LEADS, increase visibility, improve conversion, and execute consistently.

Your Responsibilities

* Generate HIGH QUALITY LEADS across digital channels

* Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns

* Execute SEO improvements across websites, blogs, and landing pages

* Publish and optimize social media content consistently

* Create marketing graphics, reels, short-form videos, and promotional materials

* Build, update, and maintain website pages and landing pages

* Optimize Google Business Profiles and local SEO visibility

* Monitor and improve website performance, speed, accuracy, and uptime

* Write SEO-focused content and blog articles to increase organic traffic

* Use AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency and content production

* Track campaign performance and quickly adjust based on results

* Identify bottlenecks, fix issues, and continuously improve execution

* Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

* 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience

* Strong execution experience across:

* Google Ads

* Meta Ads

* SEO

* Social Media

* Website Management

* Content Creation

* Ability to independently execute marketing initiatives from start to finish

* Experience generating measurable leads and business growth

* Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization

* Experience using AI tools for marketing, automation, and productivity

* Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency

* Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven

* Strong English and Spanish communication skills

* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Compensation: Fair Market-Based Value (open to discuss)
