We are seeking a Delivery Driver - Furniture to join our team! You will drive and assist in delivering and picking up furniture.
Responsibilities:- Deliver and pick up furniture to customer locations in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers and the store throughout the day
- Load and unload vehicle
- Collect on unpaid delivery/pick up fees
- Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle with daily 13 point inspections
- Clean vehicle and the end of each day
- Maintain accurate inventory of packages, materials and tools
- Provide exceptional customer service experience
Qualifications:
- Experience in delivery driving (preferably Furniture) using dollies, blanket wrapping and shrink wrapping, customer service, or other related fields.
- Clean driving record
- Previous experience driving a box truck
- Must be able to lift, lower, push and pull merchandise in excess of 100-300 pounds including up and down stairs
- Deadline and detail oriented
