Vehicle Aftermarket Specialist

Automotive Aftermarket Specialist
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Aftermarket Specialist. In this role, you will perform window tint installations and a variety of aftermarket modifications on vehicles. No prior experience is requiredwe provide full training. If youre good with your hands, take pride in your work, and want to grow in the automotive field, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Install automotive window tint and perform other aftermarket upgrades (e.g., blackout packages, vinyl accents, lighting, emblems)
- Prep and clean vehicle surfaces for optimal installation
- Learn and apply techniques using provided tools and materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and on time
- Ensure high-quality results that meet customer and dealership standards
Qualifications
- No experience requiredtraining will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Good hand-eye coordination and comfort using hand tools
- Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Comfortable working on your feet and in/around vehicles for extended periods
Compensation
- Hourly base pay
