Advancement Specialist

Groundworks New Mexico

Overview SAR seeks a full-time Advancement Specialist to lead donor data strategy, prospect research, and fundraising analytics. This role manages Raiser’s Edge NXT, reporting, and donor stewardship while supporting campaigns, membership growth, grants and strategic decisions. Responsibilities Conduct prospect research, donor analytics, and reporting to support fundraising strategy and leadership briefings. Manage Raiser’s Edge database, gift processing, memberships, stewardship, and event data. Produce dashboards, trend analyses, and donor reports; maintain data integrity; collaborate across departments to support campaigns, donor relations, financial reconciliation, and institutional advancement goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required plus 2–4 years in prospect research, donor analytics, database management and fundraising principles. Ability to analyze and synthesize data into concise formats. Excellent computer skills, including Raiser’s Edge or similar database. Thrives in fast paced deadline-driven environments.
