Concession Stand Worker
Our company is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Concession Stand Worker to join our team. As a Concession Stand Worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while serving food and drinks at our concessions stand. Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and take their orders while providing top-notch customer service.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand area, including the food preparation and storage areas.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy and safe environment for customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- 16 years & older
