Administrative Officer
The duties of the Administrative Officer include but are not limited to:
- Budget and finance management.
- Correspondence management.
- Program analysis.
- Short and long-range planning.
- Interpretation of regulations and procedures
- Serves as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for various contracts for the service.
- Work in collaboration with the Group Practice Manager to manage all consults, clinic profile management/access, clinic utilization and scheduling management.
- Prepares and formats Health Care System policies relating to the service and tracks policies to ensure they are updated as necessary,
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Telework: This position may be eligible for ADHOC telework, at manager's discretion
