Our Bartenders are responsible for bringing our beverage lineup to life. If you think you can consistently raise the bar and have a great time doing it, then this may be the perfect job for you!

A Bartender's day-to-day includes:

• Providing an exceptional drinking experience by serving beverages promptly and courteously.
• Attending to detail and presentation of each order, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Preparing and maintaining beverage ingredients by following recipes.
• Staying knowledgeable about all current specials and promotions.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinating daily supply inventory for the bar and submitting orders to the supervisor.
• Assisting with receiving and stocking beverage deliveries.
• Completing cleaning tasks according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.
• Adhering to proper alcohol handling procedures and maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Maintaining appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
• Passing TIPS certification.
• Assisting with orienting new team members.
• Listening to guest concerns and suggesting resolutions or escalating to a supervisor.
• Handling cash transactions, including POS system operation and register management.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (21 in IL; 18 in FL/NC).
• At least one year of related bartending experience.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of standard beverage service equipment and safe operation procedures.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work environment/physical demands:

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you'll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You'll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
