About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Lending to oversee and lead its commercial lending operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the commercial lending process, from business development to loan servicing. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase production volume, as well as reviewing and enhancing loan processes and technologies within the department. The role demands a professional with a strong background in structuring commercial lending deals, a proven track record of leadership in a commercial lending team, and the ability to both manage operations and individually contribute to the business. Applicants for the Vice President of Commercial Lending position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on commercial lending. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and possess the skills necessary to lead a team, drive business growth, and ensure the department operates efficiently. The role is pivotal in the company's mission to support the financial goals of its members, and the VP of Commercial Lending will play a key part in delivering the personalized service and cooperative values that set the company apart from traditional banks.
