Service Advisor

Description The Service Advisor is a frontline customer engagement and consultative sales role responsible for educating customers on naturalbased plant health, lawn, tree, and pest care solutions. The position blends customer service, problem solving, and sales, with a strong emphasis on empathy, active listening, and delivering a consistent experience across all interactions. Team members support inbound customer inquiries, manage web leads and SELL! No prior industry experience is required. Training is fully provided through hands‑on, in‑person instruction until the advisor is confident and independently productive. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
