Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Seattle, WA (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative for a bone health sales territory in the Pacific Northwest. The role involves educating medical professionals on Amgen products, driving territory sales, managing customer relationships, and navigating payer environments to support patient access.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate benefits to medical professionals
• Deliver branded sales messages, conduct educational programs, and achieve or exceed territory sales targets
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize interactions based on needs, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze territory performance, provide feedback on marketing strategy, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and sustain brand passion throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior role: Bachelor's degree with 3 years sales/clinical experience, or Associate's with 6 years, or high school with 8 years
• Sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related industries preferred
• Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, or related specialties preferred
• Advanced influencing and relationship-building skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Adaptability with core competencies in sales planning, technical knowledge, communication, and results-driven execution

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base
