CDL A Drivers Dedicated Regional Home Every Other Day (Full Time) Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account Class A drivers with minimum 3 months verifiable experience (local, regional, or OTR) will run a dedicated regional account that is home every other day for 10 hours and on weekly basis for 34 hours. Compensation includes weekly pay of $1650–$2000+ per week; top drivers (20% and up) earn $2200 per week. An average annual pay ranges from $80,000 to $108,000. Drivers receive mileage pay of $0.60–$0.73 per mile based on experience, plus $250 per trailer unload. The average driver handles 3 trailers per week, adding about $125 per week. Work regions include VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV. Drivers have home time every other day for their 10‑hour reset and weekly for their 34‑hour shift. Drivers may bring a rider and pet from day one, but must not ride with the driver while the train is on the account. During training drivers are paid $150 per day and will train for 2–5 days on the account before running independently. Drivers typically operate about 500 miles from home, take their truck home during home time, and are not home for the full weekend but have at least one weekend day home. Benefits: full health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) coverage begin after 30 days of employment. The company also provides a $2500 sign‑on bonus paid over the first 6 months.
