Prerequisites to Qualify

• Valid Class A CDL license
• Physical Capability: Fully comfortable managing live trailer hand-unloads in varying Midwest weather conditions
• Equipment Storage: Must have a verified, secure parking location to store both the truck and trailer safely during home time blocks
• Operational Window: Complete availability for nights and weekends within your regular workweek rotation
• Professional Presentation: Strong customer service communication standards and a clean MVR/background profile
• Prep Rule: Must bring two weeks' worth of personal supplies to your scheduled onboarding orientation
