Annual Earnings

$50,000–$65,000

Starting Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $250 after 90 days

• $500 after 6 months

• $500 after 12 months

• $750 after 18 months

Bonus paid to Professional CDL-A Drivers who remain actively employed and in good standing.

Our Solo 2 Regional Routes are designed for Professional CDL-A Drivers who want the stability of regional freight while spending more time at home.

You'll operate modern Amazon equipment, haul no-touch freight, and enjoy predictable schedules that allow you to balance your career with your personal life.

Responsibilities

Professional CDL-A Drivers will:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle

• Transport Amazon freight on scheduled regional routes

• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Complete electronic logs and trip documentation

• Deliver freight safely and on time

• Follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations

• Represent Elite Solution Organization professionally

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum one year of verifiable Class A CDL experience OR six months of verifiable Over-the-Road (OTR) Class A CDL experience

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record

• Ability to pass DOT Physical

• Ability to pass DOT Drug Screen

• Pass a background check

• Comfortable using ELDs and mobile technology

• Safety-focused with a professional attitude

• Strong communication skills
