Associate Account Manager

Fluent in Arabic and English, the full-time Associate Account Manager will build relationships and drive monetization of the Fresha platform while working remotely and focusing on KPIs, upselling, and ensuring strong partner engagement. Key responsibilities Accountable for meeting key performance indicators on monetization, retention, and revenue growth by engaging with and educating partners Analyze reports to effectively upsell and increase monetized revenue from existing accounts Build meaningful relationships with partners through online meetings and maintain a consistent contact strategy to enhance engagement and reduce churn Required qualifications Fluent in Arabic and English 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and as a revenue-generating account manager Demonstrable experience in managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases, ideally in the SaaS industry Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Experience selling into small and medium-sized businesses (SMB)
