We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Remote Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible part-time work, gaining professional experience, or starting a career in customer service and administration.
No prior receptionist experience is required. We provide the guidance and training you need to succeed. Requirements/Responsibilities What You’ll Do
Answer and respond to incoming calls, messages, and inquiries professionally
Assist customers, clients, and team members with general questions
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars when needed
Perform basic administrative and data-entry tasks
Organize information and maintain accurate records
Communicate with team members and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Provide a welcoming, helpful, and professional experience to every customer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and friendly attitude
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic online tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
