Job Title: Remote Customer Service Teller
Hourly Pay: $17 - $21/hour
Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Teller to join our remote team. In this role, you will process financial transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and provide outstanding service from a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding account information, services, and transactions

- Recommend banking products and services that align with customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable banking regulations
- Assist customers with setup and navigation of online and mobile banking platforms
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, or a related field
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
