Insurance Representative 1

Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position: Insurance Representative I Location: Skokie, IL Full Time, hybrid Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm What you will do: Initial collection activities related to the insurance balance on hospital accounts. Ensure correct payment received based on expected reimbursement Reviews and analyzes all required demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data procured by patient intake and registration areas necessary to expedite payment on patient’s accounts Performs pre-certification notification via telephone or electronically and gathers and completes all required documentation for submission to insurance carriers per payer requirements.
