Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33401

Pay: $25/hour

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Setting: Outpatient Multi-Specialty Physician Practice

Immediate Opening!

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join a multi-specialty outpatient practice in West Palm Beach! This position will initially support Rheumatology, with an eventual transition to Gynecology. The practice follows a high-touch patient care model, seeing approximately 6 patients daily, allowing for personalized attention and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and EKGs.
• Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures.
• Support Rheumatology and Gynecology patient care.
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain medical supplies.
• Coordinate patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide exceptional patient service and communication.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification with 1+ year of experience OR 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Strong blood draw/phlebotomy skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Rheumatology and/or Gynecology experience.
• Epic EMR experience.
• Additional certifications such as Phlebotomy, EMT, or CNA.

EMR: Currently using TouchWorks, transitioning to Epic on November 9, 2026.
