Job Details Job Location: Sawgrass - Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082 Oversees bar operations, creates drink menus, ensures quality services, assists in maintaining inventory. Trains new hires, handles customer concerns, and contributes to a positive atmosphere. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Supervision Training and development Inventory control Quality control Problem resolution Customer engagement Event coordination Education & Experience Bartending experience Knowledge of Mixology Customer service skills Combination of hands‑on experience, interpersonal skills, and leadership capabilities JOB REQUIREMENTS Familiarity with Full Count system and POS Maintain inventory control Ability to multi‑task PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and occasionally reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must have excellent balance, be able to climb a ladder, walk around a roof, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
