Compensation decisions based on skills, experience and education. Performance incentives available. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate priorities, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Beyond administrative tasks, you will support business coordination, logistics, and operational orchestration, gaining visibility across the organization. What You’ll Do Executive & Calendar Management: Manage high‑volume calendars for senior leaders, resolve conflicts and optimize time usage. Business Coordination & Execution: Support key initiatives by tracking deliverables and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners, resolving issues proactively. Meeting & Event Orchestration: Plan and execute meetings and events, including logistics, travel, agendas, and follow‑ups. Information & Reporting Support: Capture, summarize and distribute meeting notes and prepare insight materials for leadership. Operational Tools & Process Support: Maintain SharePoint sites, org charts, phone lists and floor plans with up‑to‑date information. Vendor & Technology Monitoring: Track vendor‑supported tools, gather feedback and recommend improvements. Business Continuity Coordination: Liaise on business continuity efforts and readiness within the division. Administrative & Financial Support: Manage office supplies, track expenses and reconcile costs to keep operations smooth. Growth & Expanded Responsibilities: Take on additional duties in logistics, coordination and broader business operations as expertise grows. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum two years in a business operations support role within a medium to large organization. Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively. Self‑starter mindset and quick learner. Comfort managing ambiguity in a changing environment.
