PROMAN Staffing is partnering with our global packaging client to source and hire a Maintenance Manager to join their facility in Bradford, PA. This is a DIRECT HIRE Opportunity, and our client will pay relocation.
Responsibilities
Lead maintenance operations for a 24/7 plastics manufacturing facility.
Manage and develop a team of 13 maintenance technicians.
Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Drive equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Support blow molding and injection molding production equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
Partner with Production and Engineering teams on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and capital projects.
Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, spare parts inventory, and outside contractors.
Qualifications
5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
