Job Title: Project Manager - Building Envelope | Commercial Construction Location: West Palm Beach, FL Tiello is currently partnered with an established Commercial Roofing and Painting Contractor seeking a driven, organized, and growth-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial painting and building envelope projects from award through closeout in West Palm Beach, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a company that values character, leadership, and long-term development over simply years of experience. Position Overview The Project Manager assumes ownership of projects immediately following contract award and is responsible for delivering each project safely, on schedule, within budget, and at the expected profit margin. This is a true operations role requiring both field leadership and administrative project management. You'll work closely with field teams, customers, subcontractors, and company leadership to ensure successful project execution from kickoff through final closeout. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial projects from handoff through closeout Maintain project budgets and profitability Oversee project schedules and execution Conduct routine jobsite visits to monitor progress and quality Coordinate with Foremen, Superintendents, subcontractors, and General Contractors Manage project documentation and reporting Process change orders and Time & Material tickets Ensure safety compliance and project documentation requirements are met Maintain client relationships throughout project execution Track project financial performance and invoicing Identify and resolve project issues proactively Deliver projects on time and within budget What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with the right attitude, leadership ability, and desire to grow.
