Shift: Nights, 10-hour shifts

Hours per Week: Approximately 40

Employment Type: Contract / Per Diem

Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license

Experience: Previous OB/GYN or Labor & Delivery experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $61.64

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in labor, delivery, and postpartum units
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, recognizing signs of distress
• Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures
• Educate new mothers and their support persons on postpartum care and newborn care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and clinical interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes

What You Need

Required:

• Current RN license in Michigan or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum of 1-2 years of OB/GYN or related nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery nursing
• Ability to work nights, including weekends and holidays as required

Preferred:

• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience working in hospital settings with obstetric patients
