Compensation & Pay Range:
$15-$19 per hour
Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.

Teacher Responsibilities:

Requirements

- Passion for working with young children.
- At least 21-years-old for school age teacher to drive the mini-van
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- EDU119/NCECC cert. or a degree in early childhood or related field required for lead teachers.
- TAs and Floater teachers must have EDU119/NCECC cert. or enroll within 6 months of hire date.
- Degree in ECE or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working in licensed childcare required.
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
