Accounts Receivable Billing Intern

Position Title: Accounts Receivable Billing Intern Your role As an Accounts Receivable Billing Intern, you will support the finance team with day‑to‑day billing and cash application activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to core accounting processes, data accuracy standards, and cross‑functional coordination while contributing to timely and accurate revenue operations. What you’ll do Assist with preparing and processing customer invoices Support accounts receivable activities, including cash application and account reconciliation Help research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment questions Maintain accurate customer and billing records in financial systems Support monthly close activities related to receivables and billing Prepare basic reports and summaries for the finance team Collaborate with internal teams to gather required billing information Assist with documentation and process improvement efforts What you’ll need Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Basic understanding of accounting or finance principles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesi> Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Clear written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and take feedback Ability to work independently and as part of a team NOTES: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
