About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its team. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO and the private equity sponsor, driving the value creation plan through organic growth, M&A, and operational improvement. This role requires a strategic thought partner who can provide financial and commercial insight across various initiatives, particularly in the areas of capital allocation and acquisitions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the finance function, maintaining strong financial controls, and overseeing financial and operational risk management. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record as a senior finance leader, with the capability to lead the full finance function of a middle-market business. Strong distribution experience, particularly in high-volume, inventory-intensive environments, is highly preferred. The role demands excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. Familiarity with California labor and regulatory requirements is advantageous. The CFO will be expected to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and to operate as a visible member of the C-suite, fostering strong relationships across the organization.
