$6,500/Month Base + Performance Bonuses
This is not an entry-level position. Prior lead generation and cold calling experience is required.
We're looking for a motivated, high-energy Lead Generation Specialist (B2B Sales) to identify qualified business opportunities for our brokerage team. Your job is to open doors. Our licensed brokers handle the quoting, presentations, and enrollments.
This is not a passive role. You'll be making outbound calls every day and building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Bendeen Insurance is a growing employee benefits brokerage that helps businesses find and manage health insurance solutions for their employees. Our team handles everything from plan design to ongoing support, giving clients a high-touch, professional experience.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and cold call business owners and decision-makers
- Identify qualified opportunities for our brokers
- Gather key information, including employee census data
- Build relationships and maintain an organized pipeline
- Schedule appointments and hand off qualified prospects to our closing team
- Maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM
What We're Looking For
- Cold calling and lead generation experience is required
- B2B sales strongly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect and create new sales opportunities
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Working knowledge of insurance is a plus
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
What We Offer
- $6,500/month base pay - based on hourly pay of $38.46/hr for a 39 hour work week.
- Performance bonuses for qualified appointments and clients sold
- If hired, the position begins with a 60-day paid trial period; performance bonuses begin after successful completion.
