Job Description
Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues in residential units and common areas.
Maintain the grounds including landscaping, debris cleanup, and seasonal property maintenance.
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safety.
Perform snow and ice removal during the winter months, including shoveling sidewalks, salting walkways, and operating snow-removal equipment.
Respond to emergency maintenance calls when necessary.

The maintenance and management teams work year round to maintain the buildings and grounds, complete repairs, and oversee improvement projects that enhance the community. The cooperative features beautiful landscaping, clubhouse, and an olympic sized pool.
