Market Intelligence & Growth Initiatives Develop and drive strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability objectives. Conduct ongoing market analysis to track industry dynamics and align insights with business strategy. Identify, prioritize, and drive key growth initiatives. Maintain a strong project pipeline and evaluate new product opportunities to support business expansion. Cross-Functional Leadership Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, product management, and other internal teams to ensure effective execution of growth strategies and business objectives. Performance Monitoring & Insights Track key market indicators and analyze their impact on the Advanced Packaging (Adv. Pkg.) business. Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making and performance improvement. Competitive Analysis & Strategic Planning Monitor competitive landscape and benchmark industry players. Develop business insights and actionable plans to strengthen market positioning and maintain a competitive edge. Technology & Market Trend Translation Consolidate market megatrends, OEM roadmaps, and customer technology developments. Translate these trends into material and solution requirements to guide product and business strategy. Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to identify unmet needs, technology gaps, and future market opportunities. Digital & Brand Strategy Develop compelling digital marketing content and execute a cohesive global digital strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related analytical field Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) Experiences Minimum 5 years in advanced packaging with extensive knowledge in WLP (Wafer Level Packaging), 2.5D/3D packaging, FO (Fan-out), and other heterogeneous integration packaging technologies. 10+ years’ working experience in OEM, Foundry, OSAT, design house, or equipment companies. Significant experience in a marketing and/or sales and product development role Experience in technology (R&D or Applications) would be a plus Strong leadership skills to drive results cross-functionally. Ability to effectively engage with customers Excellent communication and the ability to understand and communicate business and technical information Excellent project management and time management skills Strategic thinker, able to see the big picture and have a strong execution focus Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills, business acumen Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully Eager for new ideas and solutions to create the best ways to serve businesses Trustworthy, high level of integrity and ethical standards, and high level of energy/passion Fluency in English required.
