General Engineer

Location: Lima, OH (JSMC) Clearance: Secret Facilities Project Analyst / Project Support Specialist to support equipment and facilities projects across multiple locations, including Lima, OH and Scranton, PA. This role focuses on managing cost, schedule, and performance while providing technical and analytical support for facility and equipment improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Project Management Support: Manage and track cost, schedule, and performance of facilities and equipment projects supporting PM Abrams. Technical Evaluation: Conduct technical assessments of building improvements, machinery upgrades, and work orders. Cost Analysis: Provide cost evaluations and financial insight for ongoing and planned projects. Program Analysis: Perform requirements analysis, technology assessments, risk analysis and mitigation, configuration management, interface management, and performance/effectiveness evaluations. Project Oversight: Maintain awareness of project scope and monitor day-to-day status and development across multiple sites. On-Site Assessments: Conduct walkthroughs at project sites to document progress and validate execution. Reporting: Deliver regular updates to the Government Facilities Lead and Abrams Program Office on project status, risks, and performance metrics. Problem Solving: Identify equipment and facility issues and recommend actionable solutions. Metrics Tracking: Collect, analyze, and report on project performance metrics.
