Social Media Content Lead — Coffee Brand (Los Angeles)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Angelino's is a fast-growing LA coffee brand and we're looking for a Content Lead to own our social presence end-to-end.

You'll direct, edit, and ship short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), turn team strategy into a steady output, and live in the analytics — retention, saves, shares — to make the next post better than the last. Comfort being on camera occasionally is a plus, but your core job is making the content engine run.

What you'll do:

→ Direct and edit short-form video content

→ Own the content calendar and hit it without being chased

→ Build hooks and concepts that stop the scroll in the first 2 seconds

→ Track analytics (retention, saves, shares, watch time) and adjust strategy based on what you find

→ Collaborate with our team to turn strategy into content that performs

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Portfolio of short-form content with measurable results
2. Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent
3. Experience reading and acting on social analytics
4. Strong instinct for short-form hook structure
5. Ability to manage a content calendar independently
6. LA-based with availability to work in person as needed
7. Bonus: coffee, food, or beverage brand background; on-camera comfort; experience with a founder-led brand
