Director, Disability Employment & Program Innovation
JCFS Chicago
JCFS Chicago is seeking an experienced program manager to lead Career & Employment services for individuals with disabilities. This position involves directing staff, developing innovative services, and collaborating with community organizations to enhance employment outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in workforce development, a background in grant management, and a commitment to inclusive practices.
