Description Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in our skilled nursing facility, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We offer POOL/Per Diem shifts of 8 hours and 12 hours so you can schedule what works best for you. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary interventions Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation We offer a collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional development, and a commitment to supporting our staff’s growth.
