Come join our team of 2 full-time physicians and 2 full-time allied health professionals to serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Compensation and Benefits: -Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($142,500+)-RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold-Quality incentives up to $12,500 annually-Commencement bonus of $20,000-$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time-Student loan assistance-Hospital employed-Full benefits including a 401k match-Paid malpractice Professional Details: -Outpatient Clinic open Monday Friday-Provider schedule Four 10-Hour days per week-Recently completed a 96,000 sq. ft. addition that includes 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which canflex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and a 7 bed PACU.-Local University with Athletics Program-Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza featuring on-site x-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing.-Full-time, permanent-Epic EMR Oregon Tax Credit: The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of $5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated $9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.
