Manage rollover equity, employment, and severance arrangements. Work on mergers and acquisitions involving privately held companies. Requirements 5+ years of relevant legal experience. Experience with IRC Sections 280G and 409A. Excellent academic credentials. Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the state of California. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
