Director of Finance And Accounting

A growing company is looking for finance leadership. This person will support process improvements, provide infrastructure, and strengthen the overall department. Responsibilities Strong accounting foundation with approximately 5–7+ years of progressive experience Demonstrated ability to lead change: improving processes, building financial infrastructure, and strengthening controls Proven executive communication and presence—able to influence operations and communicate clearly with board, lenders, and investors Experience in owning cash flow and debt management processes Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning expertise Ability to build and drive KPI development and performance reporting Financial analysis capabilities, including customer and SKU profitability analysis Strong collaboration skills with ownership/PE stakeholders and cross‑functional business leaders Ability to work primarily onsite in Tulsa (or already local to the Tulsa area) Preferred Skills Strong accounting background, including leadership BS Degree in accounting/finance or related Experience supporting or implementing ERP/accounting systems or financial tooling Experience driving job costing discipline in manufacturing environments Knowledge of inventory control and WIP tracking best practices in a production setting Exposure to workflow/process automation projects in finance or operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
