Your responsibilities include:Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneAssisting with meals and hydrationTaking and recording vital signs as assignedHelping residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning while following our No Lift PolicyAnswering call lights promptly and providing compassionate careObserving and reporting changes in residents' conditionsMaintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environmentAssisting residents with activities and appointmentsWorking closely with our nurses and interdisciplinary teamFollowing HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelinesProviding exceptional customer service to residents and familiesMost importantly, you'll help create moments of comfort, dignity, and joy for those entrusted to our care.Qualifications Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply!
