Responsibilities Of Controller Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Manage the month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and key financial performance metrics. Lead all construction accounting functions, including job costing, work‑in‑progress (WIP) reporting, project billings, retainage, and revenue recognition. Partner with project managers to analyze project profitability, monitor costs, and identify financial risks and opportunities. Preferred Qualifications of Controller Can work independently and hit the ground running. Cost Accounting experience. Bachelors in accounting or related field. Willingness to learn.
