Manufacturing Program Manager - NPI Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and process management, is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager - NPI Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Program Manager - NPI Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $62,000 - $72,000

What's the Job?

• Manage manufacturing process activities within the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact with customers, maintaining clear and proactive communication to meet their needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project management, quality assurance, procurement, and fulfillment to align processes and resolve issues.
• Lead problem-tracking activities, organize kick-off meetings, and ensure effective follow-up across departments.
• Support the creation and monitoring of departmental KPIs to drive continuous improvement and process compliance.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or related field).
• 35 years of experience in manufacturing process management or NPI environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, material flow, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Project, and data analysis tools.
